I just want to share the amazing experience I had dealing with Apex. Albert was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I tried many other knife makers and sharpeners; however this was one of the most positive well rounded services I have ever received. He is the man when it comes to mobile sharpening. I had knifes that are 100 years old nearly and I trusted him to do his thing- I was not disappointed at all; in fact rather impressed in the outcome. Sharp enough to shave with. Had him sharpen a couple of knives for me.  One a cheapie brisket slicer from Amazon.  The other a higher end custom made knife with a special shape.  Albert did such an amazing job on both. So good that I cut myself 10 minutes after he gave it back.  Still super sharp a couple months kater. And they get used daily.  Plus he did it all on site at a super reasonable price. Overly reasonable.

This isn’t my first time using Apex Precision Sharpening services. I handed some old kitchen knifes over some months ago and man were they returned in new pristine condition. I can normally handle a kitchen knife safely but after using one after Apex Precision worked his magic, I nicked myself making dinner. I got what I paid for and I’m happy that I went back this time at Eastvale Farmers Market where he sharpened a few pocket knives of mine! Again the pocket knives came back better and sharper!
